ESR and CRP: The elevations in ESR and CRP are unfortunately very non-specific, only telling us that something inflammatory and/or infectious is going on. You really need more of an investigation to really know what's going on.

Needs med. care: The elevated CRP points to the presence of inflammation. In your age group, one needs to consider infection (urinary tract, sinuses etc) as potential causes. Consult your doctor.
