Aortic pulse?: It is not uncommon to palpate an aortic pulse, especially in thin women/patients. An abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) would be rare at your age, but to be safe, see your dr. And get checked out. A simple us of the abdomen to screen for AAA would be definitive.
