Normal Value: Assuming you have no chronic CV disease/ risk factors , then your values are grossly within normal range except for the LDL. NCEP recommends Total Chol. less than 200, Optimal LDL 100 or less and HDL 40 to 60 normal, less than 60, less risk. You can reduce your LDL by 30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily, diet of fruits, vegetables low carbohydrates, lean meat, diary products low in cholesterol.
