Exam needed: If these are flat red spots they could be capillary leaks or hemangiomas but these are not itchy. Insect bites tend to be itchy. A physician or dermatologist would have to inspect these lesions in order to make a diagnosis and then advise you.

Hi. The tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. Its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. Really uncomfortable. It tends to flare up at night. I took some photos if there is a need for it.
