Accidentally looked at the sun directly for a couple seconds. can see fine, ,just hurts a bit. should i be worried about this? don't want to blind.

Probably no harm: Very difficult to look at the actual bright sun without your eye unconsciously shifting its gaze so no damage occurs. Look up "Amsler" grid on the internet and see if your perception of the grid (following instructions) reveals any abnormalities (which I doubt). Probably nothing to worry about.
