I have a weird blister on my my right nipple should i be worried?

Blister: i don't think it is concerning. It may be from a shirt you were wearing and it irritated the sensitive area of the nipple or if you are a woman, your bra irritated the nipple. It could also be a gland or cyst. Moist heat to it for a day or two should be okay. If it continues, then you should see your primary care physician to make sure it is a simple blister and not something else.
