Find support: Have you talked with your delivery team? Obgyns, midwives, doulas are all great sources of guidance and support. There are usually local breast-feeding groups that can be helpful with all sorts of new baby concerns. You can find friends and share both ideas and efforts. There are a few in franklin, tn. Less personal, but maybe enough - a druggist might have over-the-counter creams. Enjoy the baby!
