Seroquel not a benzo: If you're referring to another agent that you're concerned about getting addicted to, well it all depends on the dose, the half-life of the agent you're referring to, and the root cause of the insomnia; that is, the sleeping difficulties, have they been recent? related to a stressor? part of a clinical condition that has insomnia as a frequent component? A past history of addiction?
