PID v. Endometriosis: Pelvic Inflammatory Disesase (PID) is a infection which is affecting the uterus, fallopain tubes, or ovaries; always caused by untreated sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Endometriosis is tissue from the uterine lining that is outside the uterus that can cause pain. It is difficult to diagnose and may require an operation. Your symptoms are more consistent with endometriosis than PID.

Can endometriosis cause an occasional bad odor down there? No STD but have endo. Us that normal? All random as to when it flares up.
If you never had a STD, PID, surgery in the pelvic area, can you still have a chance of blocked Fallopian tubes if you are not getting pregnant and all hormones/ovulation look fine?
Does ct scan, ultrasound rule out PID? They said that left ovary is bulky, it was ovulation time and had many clear cysts in it.
Recently just cured chlamydia. All other std testing negative. Now i have pain on both side of my hips. Could it be pid? Normal pelvic exam??
