Yes: If you get your acl repaired with a surgery or conservatively with physical therapy if surgery is not indicated, usually the recovery after surgery is between 3 to 6 months and you can gradually start exercising. There are a lot of professional athletes that go back to the same level of athleticism 9 to 12 months after an acl repair.
