It's been 6 month that i always have a blocked nostril r or l.my ct reveals a thickening of one of my right posterior ethmoid air cell. what can i do?

Blocked nostril: The two are most likely unrelated. Thickening in air cell may be just a CT finding and may not warrant an invasive procedure, depends on symptoms, failure of medical treatment. See ENT about blockage. This may be amenable to surgery
