Dreams: Most of us don't remember our dreams unless something biological or emotional is disrupting our sleep. If you are having many nightmares it would be good to consult with a Clinical Psychologist who could help you sort out what issues are troubling you and what to do about it. You may also be referred for medication to help you sleep restfully.
