Vivid dreams may be: pleasant or frightening. They may occur naturally or aggravated by conditions (bipolar disorder, diabetes), pregnancy, spicy/fatty foods, medications (including Paxil). If they are disturbing and awaken you, take control and re-write them in fantasy and this will train your brain to reduce unpleasantness. If symptoms of conditions occur then consult your doctor. Best regards for pleasant dreaming.
