It can be: Restorative sleep takes 20-30 minutes/night & occurs when your brain electrical activity slows down, "slow wave sleep." the rest of the night asleep your brain is busy: dreaming and other stuff we don't know about. You remember dreams because you awaken partially or fully during or just after them. If yo feel rested in the am, u r probably ok, but your other symptoms suggest other problems.
