VOMIT syndrome: Vomit syndrome is short for victim of modern imaging technology this is your problem. If you hadn't had an us you wouldn't know this normal finding. If you get 3 more us's you will see it rise out of the low lying position as your pregnancy progresses. Don't think this represents a problem, bedrest is the worst thing you could do.
