My foot was hit with a large bed board was xrayed and not broken, is a contusion and still sore after 2 weeks and still connot put full weight on it.

Foot contusion : If your foot continues to be painful a repeat XR maybe indicated or a CT of your foot. In the meantime treat your foot in a boot and use crutches. The length of time of pain may indicate an occult fracture. All the best.
