Fibroid uterus: Fibroid can be found in different parts of the uterus. In this case, a 46yo presented with a 6.6cm exophytic posterior uterus with mass effect on the endometrium. On a non symptomatic patient, a trial of lupron may be an option. In a symptomatic patient, a myomectomy with clear marking of endometrium with methylene blue for desire to preserve fertility. Discuss with you gynecologist.
