Exam/testing: YOU- do not treat yourself, rather get seen, examined and tested by your physician. You are describing a type of neuropathy which may be due to many causes. You can try using ibuprofen ( Advil) OR naproxen sodium ( Aleve) , if not allergic to these medicines; however, your symptoms require further evaluation.
