Pelvic pain & spotting since iud placed 8/18. us: bilat follicular cysts (1.4 and 1.8cm) & iud is low- in endocerv. canal, internal os & distal endomet stripe. lmp 8/11. pain from iud, cysts, or both?

Check with doc: Spotting is common in the first 4-6 weeks after an IUD insertion. A low uterine segment IUD is usually ok. If the device is down in the cervix then usually it is removed and replaced. You will need to see your Obgyn and determine the next steps in your specific case

Possibility : It can possible pain can be of number of reasons may be one of these two too I will recommend getting a sonogram
