Dermatitis??: Might be possible especially if bed bound. Could also be some sort of yeast infection or other skin condition. Or even a drug reaction. A doctor examination at your GPs or a video consultation on this service where the skin could be viewed would be useful to sort this out

Antibiotic?: Not 100% clear from your description but sounds a bit like over-growth of fungus or bacteria? Did you receive strong, broad spectrum antibiotics while in the hospital?

Rash : Rashes can be anything from allergy, fungal infection, medications related rash etc. if your rash is still present please post the question with a picture or see your doctor.
