Can be confusing: Hepatitis blood tests can be confusing, and explaining it takes more space than available here. There is more than one type of Hepatitis B antibody, so we have to be sure we are comparing the same antibody (we must "compare apples to apples"). If talking about HepBs Ab both times, and it went from positive to negative in an uninfected and vaccinated person, then HepB booster vaccines may be given.
