A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypertension: contact your primary care physician or cardiologist. They may have samples or discount cards for now and then they can see you and reassess and maybe change your medications to ones that are covered by state insurance. I am sure there are blood pressure medications on the state's insurance formulary
