I noticed a swelling on my chin, I thought it was a boil so I tried to warm it and squeeze it. It's a little bigger and skin in now leaky. What is it?

Cellulitis: You have caused a local infection. Not sure you need antibiotics yet, but try warming a washcloth and holding it on the area; in other words a 'warm compress.' this can be done several times per day. If it gets much worse, you'll have to be seen.
