Sounds: like a calcified cyst ( I would guess an old sebaceous cyst . Get it checked out ("hands on" ) at your next visit to your PCP... Sounds complete;y "benign" Hope this helps Dr Z

Lipoma: It sounds like you may be describing a benign lipoma which is a fatty tumor. Cysts of the skin or sebaceous cysts could be similar. Obviously, if it grows, becomes irritated , or tender you need to see a medical provider. Certainly if you are concerned and worry about constantly see someone now. Good luck
