Unknown: The effects of Nexplanon are resolved about 7 days after removal. If you are experiencing menstrual cycle irregularity now then it is not related to the implant and should evaluated by your obgyn. By definition irregular periods are irregular meaning we can not predict when they will come. If you do not desire pregnancy consider restarting a form of birth control for cycle regulation
