I had the implanon removed in october. i have had 3 normal periods since then and my last one i spotted and now a day late on this one..neg pregnant test?

Implanon removal: If your cycles were normal since the device was removed, i would not worry about missing a day. Your body may vary between 1-4 days for each cycle and more if you are stressed, gain or loose weight, or develop other medical conditions that may affect your cycle. I would continue to monitor the period and see whether this continues.
