Normal on Implanon: Irregular periods are the norm on implanon. Everyone will be irregular. Many patients have no periods at all. Others will experience irregular menstrual bleeding. This is how it works. If you are not satisfied with the bleeding pattern on Implanon then consider using a different birth control method but understand that the bleeding does not mean something is wrong or that it is not working.
