Monitor: Irregular periods are normal on Nexplanon. Now that it is removed your body will go back to your normal baseline state. It is not a surprise that your first cycle was “off.” Monitor over the next few months and see an Obgyn if you do not return to normal. If you are sexually active and do not desire pregnancy consider restarting Nexplanon or another birth control method
