I had nexplanon taken out nov. had normal period dec. tried to conceive, test came out negative on the 2nd started spotting on the 3rd. can i be preg?

A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period or after having a "weird" period.
