Hi, i feel a little bump on top of my middle finger just above my knuckle, & is extremely painful/aches when i rub or put pressure on it?

In that: location a number of possibilities ....a ganglion (small herniation of a tendon in its sheath), neuroma ( benign growth from a nerve) and a bone SPUR (Exostosis) Get it checked out by your PCP who may wish to refe you to a hand specialist.. Hope this helps Dr Z
