I havediverticulosis and currently not taking any antibiotics. i am in pain today no fever. is is ok to have a glass of wine?

Antibiotics : Antibiotics are often made less effective when alcohol is consumed. Since you are not taking antibiotics, the wine consumption should have no effect on diverticulosis. Where is your pain? If it's upper abdominal, then diverticulitis is not the cause. I would caution against alcohol consumption with abdominal pain, especially upper abdominal pain. A gastric ulcer could be made worse.
