Last week i was struck with a uti and a fever. i was prescribed a weeks worth of antibiotics and have recently finished them but today i was alarmed when i went to the toilet and my wee started to smell again but i don't feel pain anymore, pls help?

I would contact your treating doc and review the issue with them. A longer duration of treatment or different med may be needed, but that requires knowledge of the initial evaluation. If no urine culture was done prior to treatment, it may be needed to find the most effective drug.

UTI with fever generally means a kidney infection which requires treatment for more than seven days and a urine and possibly a blood culture and warrants evaluation by a Urologist. Let the treating MD know of your symptoms NOW and get treated guided by the urine culture if one was done. If not it needs to be done asap. Drink plenty of water. Hope you do well
