Toe bumps : A "bump" without any further descriptors is just a "bump". Corns, calluses, plantar warts, bunionette, etc. Etc. Are considered toe bumps. Please provide more descriptors such as the specific location, one side or on both, color, raised and length of time present to get a better answer or consult a physician.

Warts?: Good be a number of things but check if there are little dark spots. If so, may very well be warts . Have it checked if any change in color, size or shape.

Hammer toes?: If the toes are contracted and the "bumps" are bony, then you are probably describing hammer toes. If this is just a skin issue, then they may be warts or corns. If hammer toes, no treatment is necessary unless painful. If skin lesions, or if painful hammertoes see a podiatrist.
