Sure: Women can participate in any activities related to eclipses, meteor showers, constellations, or any other celestial phenomena, regardless of whether or not the women are pregnant. There isn't anything about the moon or the starts that affects pregnancy, although some people have the notion that more women go into labor on a full moon.
