I was in israel this past year, and got back on june 20 and have had my period constantly until now august16 and still have it what should.i do?

Irregular menses: in view of your concern, it will be good to know if your menses have been regular. please note that stress of travel can affect your menses as well. The best approach for a 19 yo will include : 1. pregnancy test 2. Can get a transvaginal ultrasound 3. If all the above are negative, your doctor can give a trial of birth control pill. Good luck.

Prolonged bleeding: A menstrual period lasting longer than 7 days is not normal. You could become anemic. Please seek prompt medical assessment for this prolonged bleeding.
