Is it safe to give a 7 month old baby ibuprofen for teething pain?

Yes: We avoid it until 6 months to allow the kidneys to finish maturing. It is disposed of in the kidneys vs the liver for Tylenol.

Teething: Safe. Follow package directions to the letter as to dose and timing. And important that your child see a Dentist (preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist) within 6 months of emergence of the 1st baby tooth.
