I got hit on the neck right below my jaw where my lymph nodes are by a piece of wood when moving furniture. can this cause a stroke im scared.

Neck trauma stroke: It is possible for neck injury to cause damage to the arteries that send blood to the brain. Fortunately in most people these tissues are pretty resilient. Signs of a stroke would include difficulty speaking, moving, or asymmetry of the face. That's an emergency and should lead to a 911 call.

Blow to the neck: Stroke following a blow to the neck is extremely rare. The lymph nodes are not at issue. You are more likely to have some bruising and tenderness. Please seek attention for difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, or any numbness.
