Eczema flare: Depends on the etiology of the eczema , sometimes it is allergic to foods , milk soy or environmental and may resolve if you avoid the trigger, sometimes it is due to strep and resolves with treatment of strep . Aveeno oatmeal baths may help if not allergic, possible moisutizers like Eucerin cream f/u/ w/ dermatology
