Describing eczema: Skin cracks when it is dry and itching. Eczema causes all of that. Steroids are anti inflammatory and calm the irritation. Avoid the triggers which include stress and get therapy for coping. Use the prescriptions the doctor gave you and use the aveeno bath oil oatmeal in your wash cloth while showering and use sarna for sensitive skin for the itching. You will need long term follow up.
