Get medical check up: We need to know your age. You should also go see your oncologist who diagnosed and treated your breast cancer last year. A medical check and regular follow up is essential. You doctor will find out the cause of your gum and lymph nodal problem. I doubt that these are related to breast cancer.

Probably not: The most probable cause is gum disease, infection of your gums. Important to get this under control. With your health history I would recommend that you seek evaluation with a specialist Periodontist.
