No if you are cured: Hair growth starts with in 2 to 3 wks after completion of chemotherapy most of the time in 3 months will have full head of hair if you have hair before. Rarely in few the strong chemo. Besides killing cancer cells , also destroy the hair follicles pertinently , means no more hair.

No, not really!: It has no specific meaning. I would give it some more time as the breast cancer does not affect hair growth. It is only chemotherapy and sometimes hormonal therapy which could slow down the hair growth. Ask your oncologist to give you some reasonable explanation as to why you might have this problem.
