Can past, 80s and 90s, routine dental x-rays cause salivary gland tumors? wouldn't more people have tumors, and they not be so very rare, if so?

X-ray: Every x-ray increases risk of future cancer but risk is small. So does flying in an airplane due to other rays. Discuss the "cause" of salivary tumor with your Dr.
