PVCs/occluded artery: On medication like B blockers or amiodarone or bretyllium( rare), calcium channel blockers?, Check electrolytes ,especially magnesium, potassium, avoid caffeine which is found in coffee, Coke, Pepsi, Mountain dew, tea and energy drinks ,alcohol and smoking. use relaxation technique. Discuss radiofrequency ablation or placement of defibrillator or stents if possible? F/u /w/ cardiologist
