Had 0 on ct calcium scoring test with phillips brilliance ict 256 (without contrast). are heart size, ascending aorta, pulmonary artery and lungs measurements accurate on above ct scanner? technician said it can detect as small as 1 mm spots on lungs?

If there is any incidental (abnormal) finding seen by radiologist when reviewing your CT for calcium score, it will be included in the readings. However, CT for calcium score is not a complete CT of the chest. Many normal things in your lungs can appear as a 1 mm spot so you can't say how significant that spot is. Remember, the objective of the test is the calcium score. Take care.
