If there is any incidental (abnormal) finding seen by radiologist when reviewing your CT for calcium score, it will be included in the readings. However, CT for calcium score is not a complete CT of the chest. Many normal things in your lungs can appear as a 1 mm spot so you can't say how significant that spot is. Remember, the objective of the test is the calcium score. Take care.
