Saxenda: Saxenda (liraglutide) is a GLP-1 Receptor Agonist. It is used as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management with a body mass index of 30 or greater or 27or greater + at least 1 weight-related condition (eg, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia). Ask your physician if you qualify.

Diet better than: pill. If you have attained your desired weight you should maintain it through diet and exercise. The medication you mentioned is a diabetes drug at a lower dose. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
