No: There is no evidence that a head injury causes a brain tumor.

No.: There is no good data to suggest that head trauma puts people at a higher risk of developing a malignant brain tumor later in life. Some small studies show an increased risk if developing a benign tumor of the lining of the brain (meningioma), but the data is soft.
