It is possible: It is possible for implantation to occur in a separate spot, however, the risk of the growing sub mucous fibroid supplanting(pushing out) the conceptus and causing a miscarriage or premature delivery is very high as the uterus grows. Fibroids grow by capturing the rising blood levels of estrogen during the pregnancy.
