Get going: It is unlikely that it is any thing more serious than a temporary muscular issue. You may take an over the counter pain medication like acetaminophen. If the pain persists more than a day or so, see a doctor for evaluation. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

See doctor: pain at the back when you breath can be from muscle sprain or over use, Also can be from lung problems especially if you are a smoker or having chest infection. Seek medical attention if you have any difficulty breathing or any distress, fever or cough
