Pinched nerve...: Probably. That part of your big toe is innervated by the nerve that exits the fourth lumbar vertebrae (L4) in your lower back. It's fairly common to see this but if it persists go to see a doctor. Orthopedic is the specialist or a neurologist but it will probably go away on its own if you didn't hurt your back too bad.
