Which one is the priority when suspecting endometriosis for diagnosis, mri or laparoscopy? when there's no enough money for both?

MRI: Less risky and non invasive, I would try this first. If inconclusive then go with laparoscopy. Though Laproscopy can treat the implants,if found, at the time of the procedure.
